Doug Fir: Doug Fir

The Doug Fir is my favorite music venue in Portland. Great food and happy hour prices in the bar. The decor of the place is awesome, and I love how it's smoke-free. Sound downstairs in also great, and there are plenty of spots to sit/stand and have a good view of the stage.

Kennedy School: Good burgers, cheap movies

This is also one of my favorite places in Portland to go watch a movie - you can get in to the movie and get a beer cheaper than a regular movie ticket costs! Kennedy School is also one of the few McMenamins in Portland that has kept Boca Burgers on the menus, and I think their Boca Burgers are some of the best restaurant cooked Bocas that I've had.
