Guild's Lake Inn: Made From Scratch

If you like soup/salads/sandwiches and fresh homecooking this is a great place. They make soups from scratch daily among other great dishes, i.e., lasagna, chicken, baked ziti, etc. Their sandwiches are made with fresh cut meat and vegetables, they put Subway and Quizno's to shame really. It has a cafe feel to it with an outdoor patio. A great place to have a nice cool sandwich on a hot day.

Casa del Matador: Tequilla!

This is a great addition to the Mexican Restaurants around Portland! It has a modern yet cultural feel to it! The food is great, the service is even better and if you are in the mood for some gooood Tequilla, this is the place for you! Go check it out! Have a shot, some of their awesome nacho platter, and admire the rod iron decor...you won't be disappointed.
