In the heart of downtown Portland. A beautiful hotel, with one of the best beds I have ever slept on. On the Conde Nast Traveler 2009 Gold List.

A Nice hotel

I spent one night at the Hotel Lucia. Rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated; however, they are so very small! Windows had wooden shutters instead of curtians on them, so the noise filtered all the way through all night! Didn't get much sleep here because of the "street party." Bathroom is so small, could hardly turn around. Staff is very friendly. Great location for a hotel! Food at in-house restaurants are awesome! Would go back just for the food! :) Overall, I liked the hotel, until I got to the room - where I was cramped and sleepless.
