For those in the know, well, we know.
But for those not in the know, don't call this please to get rates on an overnight stay. The "lodge" part of this facility is simply ambiance (you might get away with an overnight in the parking lot).
Raccoons are a Northwest favorite (not really, these critters are pesky, fericious and don't clean up after themselves) so the theme that the name emotes is very appropos.
They make their own beer here - Very Oregon.
Very friendly service - Very Oregon.
Half the crowd just got done with a soccer game - Very Oregon.
The other half just got done with a high school event and brought the family out for dinner (while Dad enjoys a tall cold one) - Again, Very Oregon.
You get the pattern.
Sample the beer, food is great pub food (above what you might get at a McMenamin's) and just remember that the founder of this place also started the Oregon Brewer's Festival, so you know there is good kharma a plenty here.
