   With 503 newly renovated rooms (April 2007) and 25,000 square feet of meeting space, the Marriott is also recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency with the Energy Star label for its water and energy conservation practices. It is the latest Portland hotel to receive the Green Seal certification.
