Nuevo Latino restaurant in the heart of the Pearl District with flavors that sizzle and nourish the soul. Featuring a 40 ft. hammered copper bar serving hand crafted cocktails. Restaurant has open and airy central dining room, and an intimate candle light setting.

Oba has a lively bar with great cocktails. The restaurant is a bit open but great for people watching. The food is outstanding. Especially the Cuban pulled Flank Steak.

We've been to Oba a couple of times and have never been disappointed. Whether it was for drinks; great mojitos! Or a full dinner: attentive, informative, very professional wait staff. Or dessert: tasty treats.
We've always been pleased by the service, no matter how packed the restaurant/bar happen to be.
One of my favorite places in Portland.

Oba has a great happy hour. Drinks as well as food items make this happy hour a winner in my book. Parking can be difficult but it's the Pearl so that's expected.
