Review for Metrovino

Take a look at our review from Willamette Week!

Metrovino is a restaurant, bar, and retail wine shop located in Portland's Pearl District, just a few walking blocks north of Jamison Square Park and on the Portland Street Car line.

Executive Chef Gregory Denton uses time-honored techniques and flavor combinations, with an occasional nod to the modern, to prepare fresh local ingredients simply and in season. Denton has trained across the country, spending four years at Chef Hiro Sone’s Terra and becoming the restaurant’s first titled Chef de Cuisine.

Using both an Enomatic wine system and a Perlage sparkling system, the bar features 80 plus wines by the taste, glass, or bottle, plus a list of locally distilled and internationally renowned spirits.
