Mmmmmmm!

Lovely warm atmosphere with wood floors, brick walls, and a huge chandelier. The bar is lively and well-stocked. The pasta is some of the best I have ever tasted, including in Italy. Try the tagliatelle with pancetta ad porcini mushrooms. American-style chicken, salmon and beef are also available. The short ribs received rave reviews from tablemates.

AHHHmazing, fresh and local!

Decarli_small

Decarli is committed to showcasing the state’s considerable bounty of seasonal ingredients. Paul’s culinary style draws on his Swiss/Italian-American roots to create food that is at once sophisticated and rustic.
The restaurant’s interior reflects the couple’s approach to food and wine – warm, inviting, thoughtful and authentic. The 4000 square foot space features restored Douglas fir floors, exposed brick walls, and a soaring beam and rafters ceiling punctuated with skylights. A highlight of the dining room is a large brass chandelier salvaged from downtown Portland’s historic Benson Hotel. An open kitchen overlooks the comfortable bar area.

Good Food in the Suburbs?!?

The first thing about decarli is it really doesn't belong in Beaverton. It's much more a restaurant I'd expect to find in NW or the Pearl.

I very much enjoyed my meal here - short ribs braised with espresso. The meat was so tender and delicious. The spaetzle that was served as side was also very good.

The restaurant has an extensive cocktail list, so be sure to order one before your meal!
