Perfect patio dining for summer evenings

I love going to the Dockside in the summertime. Their patio dining is nice and shady, with river and mountain views.

They have everything: great burgers, juicy steaks, huge pasta dishes and interesting specials.

Tuesday nights all summer they do "Tapas Tuesday", which has new items to try.

Happy hour is 4-6 p.m. I like to take my dog with me and order her meatballs off the happy hour menu.

Servers are always friendly, the food is good, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing.

GREAT FOOD!! (docksideontheriver.com)

Have lived in the area for over 3 yrs now and just tried this place out, WOW, some of THE BEST FOOD I have eaten in my entire life!!!! We started out with Ben’s Almost World Famous Avocado Spinach Dip that came with french bread slices, absolutely wonderful!!!! I had the Southern Fried Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing, which was loaded with all kinds of things and very delicious... my husband had the Meat Lovers Spaghetti (which came with a choice of soup or salad) which smelled absolutely wonderful and I guess tasted really good, he quite enjoyed it!!!!
They have a nice selection of seafood dishes and also a steak menu...plus they have a full bar and a great Happy Hour menu!!
It's close to the river, so you can see the ships as they go by.
A small restuarant with a very nice atmosphere!!

Great food, friendly staff

The Dockside has an extensive menu, including steaks, seafood, pasta, burgers, salads and more. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, the food is great and the portions are large.

During the summer they offer outdoor seating, which is shaded in the afternoon and evening. It is a nice spot to hang out and watch the boats sail by on the river.
