Yummy chinese food

Happy Panda is awesome. Good portions for reasonable prices and satisfactory service. I have been going there for more than 10 years and have never been disappointed. The food taste great with no msg. The restaurant has just been remodeled so everything looks new and great- very pleasing to the eye.

the most consistently good Chinese lunch buffet in the Portland metro area. quick, fresh ingredients, good price. the lunch buffet is an instituion and a first stop with my out of town guests
