  1. 5 stars for the WESTIN HOTEL!

We booked the Westin through pova.com and received a great package. On arrival at the hotel we where greated by the doorman and our vehicle was quickly attended to by the valet. Check-in was friendly and we where invited to participate in the happy hour in the lounge. Our room was very nice, not a large room but very clean with nice furniture and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was the best we have ever had in a hotel, very large, marble, separate shower with a double head and a huge bath! We had appertizers in the bar & grill which where amazing value starting from just $4 for Calamari. We had breakfast in the mornings in the grill which was superb! Huge portions and very tasty. Our package included free valet parking and free breakfast. These two things are not cheap if you book without a package. Highly recommended.

  2. Customer Service at Westin Portland

We booked at this Hotel because there was an excellent Travel Portland Perks package which included a $75 American Express giftcard for a 2 night stay, free parking, a gym, and free breakfast for 2 peope each day ($30 voucher per day). This package offset the $159 plus tax price & was WELL worth it. Customer service was one of the BEST I have experienced in a Hotel. Want rollaway beds- no problem; can't figure out how to order an in house movie- no problem we will SEND someone to your room to help you! Free beer tasting at happy hour & free starbucks in the morning. Directions & recommendations from the front desk staff were always friendly & helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The restaurant was very expensive, thus the $30 for breakfast was needed but the eggs benedict was devine.
