Three Tips & Dinner is on us

Through July 31, the first 500 people to submit three tips on GoSeePortland will each receive a $25 dining certificate good at one of the following partner restaurants, courtesy of American Express: Mama Mia Trattoria, Mother’s Bistro & Bar, RingSide Steakhouse, Southpark Seafood Grill & Wine Bar, Typhoon! and Wildwood Restaurant & Bar.

Step one: Create an account

Go to www.goseeportland.com.
Click the "FREE SIGN UP" link near the upper right corner of the home page.
Fill in the brief form and click “Sign up.” Note: You will need to use a working e-mail address to complete the sign-up and qualify for the incentive.
Once you receive the verification e-mail, click the included link.
Log in to the site and begin browsing!

Step two: Add three tips

Click on the "DESTINATIONS" tab.
Click the "ADD A TIP" button in the right hand corner of the page.
Enter the first few letters of the place you’d like to tip. A search is automatically performed; after a few seconds, search results will appear below the text area.
If the place you’re reviewing is already listed in GoSeePortland, you’re almost set:
1. Click the name of the place.
2. Fill in the review form. You do not need to provide the street address of the location, because it is already in the system.
3. Click "Save Review" at the bottom of the form – that’s it!
If your destination is not found, click "New Place" in the search results box. Then follow the same process as above (but you will need to provide the street address).

Step three: Get your reward

Through July 31 2008, the first 500 people to add three tips at GoSeePortland will qualify for the incentive. If you qualify, within two business days of adding your third tip you will receive an e-mail from Travel Portland with instructions to visit a web form at Travelportland.com, where you will need to select your restaurant and provide the mailing address to which the $25 gift card will be sent. Travel Portland and American Express will supply your mailing information only to the selected restaurant, who will fulfill your card.
